SCRUM MASTER - PROJECT MANAGER

What this role should bring?

• Expertise 2 to 4 years of project management experience, demonstrating success in delivering complex projects involving multiple teams and third parties across technology and business domains.

• Desired background in managing technical e-commerce implementations, ERPs, or SaaS platform projects.

• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in fostering relationships between internal stakeholders and vendors.

• Proven expertise in devising mitigation and remediation plans.

• Extensive experience in complex software/IT projects.

• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and management frameworks.

• Ability to articulate and influence stakeholders.

• Proficiency in handling project change requests.

• Desired understanding of B2B business models and operations.

• Expertise in hybrid methodologies. 

Objective We seek an experienced Project Manager to lead, manage, and support the e-commerce agenda-specific initiatives in the Southern Cone business unit. (Argentina-Uruguay). This role involves overseeing the execution and delivery of various e-commerce projects, covering a variety of deliverables and intricate workflows.

How to contribute:

• Create a comprehensive and centralized view of the project and its tasks by consolidating and communicating various vendor and stakeholder project activities.

• Supervise project tracking and engage stakeholders using Mondelez methodologies and frameworks.

• Break down the project scope into components or iterations, defining milestones, initial tasks, and delivery schedules.

• Schedule and coordinate project-related meetings.

• Develop the Project Charter.

• Manage the RAID Log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).

• Coordinate involved stakeholders, including Mondelez Teams and external partners.

• Handle project risks, interdependencies, and change requests.

• Coordinate project meetings, follow-ups, status meetings, etc.

• Collaborate with other Project Managers on projects with dependencies to build a unified and coherent plan.Certifications and Tools:

• Certified in project management methodologies such as PMP or PRINCE2. (Desired)

• Proficient in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, and others.

• Skilled in constructing detailed project plans, reports, health check status projects, and other charts. Other Skills
