Job description:

Establishes project requirements, priorities and deadlines to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget. Advises senior managers and clients on technical aspects of the project. Coordinates activities of the team for each part of a project, and ensures that the project deliverables and end user needs are met. 

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Key responsibilities include:

• Accountable for managing the lifecycle for a complex cross functional body of work / program / project

• Define and organize the project or program, outline tenets, analyze data, drive performance improvements, and influence resource allocation for all stages of execution (from ideation to delivery).

• Dive deep into the business domain to understand and to drive the direction of products/services using a domain driven architecture approach.

• Influences across multiple teams and organizations.

• Drives relevant process improvements across multiple teams and functions.

• Operates successfully in ambiguous environments. 

• Monitors and tracks project or program execution to success by removing blockers and always finds the path forward to ensure the success of the project or program in challenging situations

• Communicates upward and outward

• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills

Requisitos e qualificações

Use of project management tools (Portfolio Tracking System (PTS) or MSProject Professional or MSProjectServer, Jira).

Desirable Knowledge and experience in Agile frameworks (SAFE, Scrum, Kanban).

Desirable certification Scrum Master (CSM) and Product Owner (CSPO).

Proactivity in the exercise of their functions. Self-management.

Organizational capacity, interest in measuring the performance of processes.

Analytical capacity, initiative and problem solving capacity.

Active listening and assertive communication.

Good interpersonal relationships, teamwork.
