Responsabilidades e atribuições


As a Pre-Sales Engineer in Digital Workplace, particularly within an organization that follows Stefanini's culture and approach, regular activities and goals might include:


  1. Client Engagement: Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges. Actively listen and ask questions to clarify requirements and pain points.
  2. Solution Design: Design customized digital workplace solutions that align with client needs and Stefanini's offerings. This includes preparing and presenting demos, proposals, and proof of concepts (POCs).
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and align with client expectations and company capabilities.
  4. Market Analysis: Stay updated with the latest digital workplace trends, technologies, and competitive landscape. Share insights with the team to enhance Stefanini's market positioning.
  5. Feedback and Improvement: Collect feedback from clients and internal teams post-engagement to identify areas for improvement and success factors. Use this feedback to refine future strategies and solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in roles related to Digital Workplace, including project presentations in Field Services, Service Desk, and Contact Center.
  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English with a C1 level certified by Cambridge.
  • Technical Knowledge: Knowledgeable in SLA's, KPI's, and experienced in RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes. Familiar with the sales and pre-sales process.

TASKS

  • Project Management: Active participation in Field Services, Service Desk, and Contact Center projects, ensuring delivery within SLA's and compliance with KPI's.
  • Sales Process: Participation in RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes, supporting the sales team in defining and defending proposals.
  • Development and Documentation: Preparation of technical and commercial documentation to support pre-sales proposals.
  • Training and Presentations: Develop and conduct technical and commercial presentations for potential clients.
  • Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Analyze the outcomes of pre-sales proposals, identifying areas for improvement and strategies to increase effectiveness.

Knowledge and Qualifications:

  1. Digital Workplace Solutions: Understanding of digital workplace technologies and solutions, including collaboration tools, mobile solutions, and end-user support services.
  2. Cloud Services: Basic Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
  3. Cybersecurity: Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles relevant to digital workplaces.
  4. Business Acumen: Ability to understand business strategies, processes, and financial models.
  5. Project Management: Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

Tools Proficiency:

  1. Service Desk Software: Proficiency in service desk software such as Zendesk, ServiceNow, or similar.
  2. Collaboration Tools: Skilled in the use of collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Zoom.
  3. Cloud Platforms: Basic knowledge with cloud services management tools for AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  4. CRM Systems: Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  5. Analytical Tools: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or Tableau.


Training:

  1. Digital Workplace Training: Formal training in digital workplace solutions and management.
  2. Cloud Technologies: Courses or workshops on cloud technologies and their application in digital workplaces.
  3. Sales and Communication: Training in sales techniques, customer relationship management, and effective communication.
  4. Cybersecurity Awareness: Training on cybersecurity best practices for digital environments.
  5. Project Management: Courses on project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum.


Desired Certifications:

  1. IT Service Management: ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow System Administrator.
