Mendix Developer- Hybrid GDL

• Develop and maintain scalable Mendix applications to support factory digitalization initiatives.

• Work closely with factory stakeholders to understand their processes, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.

• Ensure seamless integration between Mendix applications and existing factory systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring stable and reliable applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and IT specialists, to optimize digital workflows.

• Follow best practices in Mendix development, security, and performance optimization.

• Continuously explore and propose improvements to digital solutions based on factory needs and technological advancements.

• Excellent English Skills, capable of holding business conversations with non-Spanish speakers (MANDATORY)

• Willingness to assist at the office 3 times per week in Zapopan, Jalisco (MANDATORY)

• Develop and maintain scalable Mendix applications to support factory digitalization initiatives.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in application development using Mendix (MANDATORY)

• Mendix intermediate developer certification highly desirable

• Willingness to learn and understand factory-related processes to develop effective digital solutions.

• Experience integrating applications with factory-related systems (e.g., MES, ERP, IoT).

• Good problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with factory stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Experience in manufacturing or factory digitalization projects is a plus.
